This way is quite popular for foreigners who want to buy and live in Thailand because it is a convenient way by foreigners. When I bought the house at Natural Hill I lease the land for long term for a period of 30 years by having to register the lease at the land office that the property is located when the lease contract is terminated, the contract can be renewed another 30 years from the date of renewal. I am from Norway return between Norway and Thailand I bought a house at the Natural Hill project. I like it here because it's calm and also there is a Scandinavian society. When I bought a house the project owner and staffs advised me how to own a property I used to worry how I can be a landlord. because I am a foreigner but the project owner told me that I don't have to worry! The land lease agreement is legal I therefore entered into a land lease agreement with the project, and myself as the owner of the building, I can sell my house when I want to sell and can be a legacy for children, for me it's ok!Jan - Norway
I am from England I bought a house at the Natural Hill project I like it here because the village has good management, International project safe and clean. When I first look at the project I not yet decided to buy I consulted a lawyer-everything about this project is ok therefore I do not hesitate to buy this project. For the law regarding the property in Thailand I chose a 90 years land lease, first 30 years land lease agreement and renew the lease for the next 30 years, legally. I made a land lease agreement with the project and I own the building I can sell the house when I want to sell and I can make a will for the family as well. Jag har åkt runt och tittat på många hus och lägenheter i Hua Hin området, men jag bestämde mig för att köpa ett hus på Natural Hill. Det är en lugn och avstressande plats inte allt för långt till centrum och många bra golfbanor. Jag har tillbringat 5 år här efter det att jag pensionerades och jag trivs som fisken i vattnet. Jag förhörde mig innan jag köpte huset med en advokat byrå om hur man kan äga en fastighet i Thailand. Huset jag köpte har ett mark arrende på 30 år vilket kan förnyas med ytterligare 30 år. Ich bin in den Ruhestand nach Hua Hin gekommen um hier zu Leben. Ich mag es, weil die Leute freundlich sind und hier auch Deutsche Gesellschaft sind. Ich habe Haus in Natural Hill Projekt gekauft vom voherigen Besitzer. Zuerst machte ich Mir Sorgen, wie ich ein Haus besitzen koennte da ich Auslaender bin. Aber der voherigen Besitzer hat gesagt ich brauche Mir keine Sorgen zu machen, der Mietvertrag kann beim Verkauf des Hauses kuendigen. Das ist wichtig fuer mich. Ich entschloss mich das Haus vom Vorbesitzer zu kaufen und unterschreibt einen neuen Mietvertrag mit dem Projekt Besitzer. Jetzt bin ich sehr gluecklich.Pilin Bertram - Germany
Jeg har været i Thailand to gange. Jeg tog til Hua Hin, da jeg har venner som bor der og jeg kan lide atmofæren der. Jeg besluttede mig for at købe et hus i resortet, Natural Hill. Til at starte med, var jeg naturligvis bekymret, da jeg som udlænding skulle købe et hus. Der efter søgte jeg informationer på nettet og kontaktede en advokat. At købe et hus her, var alligevel ikke så besværligt, som jeg regnede med. Jeg købte et hus ved at indgå en leasing aftale med resortet.
